She looks like a rocket ship, that's for sure

we created this page to document the ups and downs of building and taking delivery of a new sailing catamaran.   The boat is over a year and a half late.  The handover process  and documentation leaves a lot to be desired.  Pretty disorganized for a "premium" product.    As a customer with over 1.8m into this build, you could return my call.   A year later, many of the warranty items are still untouched.  At one point, Hudson Wang, the owner of HH said that would buy my boat back from me it=f only they could use it in the boat show.  As soon as they got what they wanted, they stopped responding to me.  Finally I was told Hudson changed his mind.   We are going down the path of arbitration and litigation.   We spent our hard earned money to enjoy our time at sea.  Dealing with HH has been a nightmare.  STAY AWAY.  

After spending a ton of cash on a lightweight carbon fiber boat, we were delivered a Bia that sat 3" down in the stern, before our family moved in.   Sure, she will get going when nearly overpowered, but unless there is 20 knots of wind, she digs her stern and SUCKS AS A Performance boat.  I've have laser catamarans for 40 years, and held a USCH 100 ton captains license for 45.  Trained to sail catamarans by D.Randy West, and Woody Brown.  it's not my first rodeo. It's embarrassing to be passed by similar sized Fountain Pajots, under power or sail.  

The non returning of calls or emails, the refusal to answer questions, and the lack of any meaningful progress on Warra ty items are remarkable.  I've had it.  

If they had chosen to support this owner in a timely fashion, things might be different.  They are not
